Despites being filled with lots of talented personalities, Kannada Film industry never turned spotlights towards its side. However, we had Ram Gopal Varma picking up the best actor over there for his horror flick 'Phoonk'. And now, Kannada Actor Sudeep is going gaga over places with lots of Bollywood offers. Of course, Ramu who is habitual of roping in his favorite actors for more projects has no exceptions for Sudeep.

Much impressed by his decent performance, the actor has been included in Ramu has got him in for his forthcoming project 'Rann'. With cherished moods Sudeep speaks, I am starring opposite Mr. Amitabh Bachchan as his son. The film is about how Media sensationalizes every inch of breaking news and of course there's lots of tiff between media channels revealed. When asked whether it was the only reason for Ram Gopal Varma's post-attack visit of Hotel Taj Mahal, he utters I've no idea about it. Maybe, he may speak about it soon as we meet.

The film is about a father who goes against his son, a journalist for the professional ethics he follows in field of media. Shooting for the film is slated to hit the floors somewhere in January and Sudeep dubs for his own voice.
